MEMBERSHIP

Wild Alchemy Cider Club is not a cider company. It is a cooperative that allows you to either contribute to the resources needed for the season's foraging, pressing and storage... or you can contribute apples yourself. Your membership in the club reserves your 1/2 gallon of cider. A 1/2 gallon is 64 oz. This comes out to 6 servings if you drink it like beer, and 10 servings if you drink it like wine.

TWO WAYS TO BECOME A MEMBER

1) Pay $24 (includes $6 bottling cost) for your membership and a share in the 2016 Harvest.

2) Pledge 20 pounds (or more) of backyard or foraged apples.

LIMITED SHARES

Due to limited aging capacity we will limit production to 30 shares of cider for the 2018 season. Once we hit that number of subscriptions, we will either close the club for 2018, or add capacity.

DELIVERY OF CIDER

After aging is complete, the cider will be carbonated and packaged.

Club members will receive updates on which cider batches are finished (what they taste like) and ready to be packaged and distributed.

This will take place between January and May 2019. Club members can choose their packaging preference and pick up their share of the 2018 harvest.

We will have pick-up locations and dates set as we find out who our members are and which locations are most convenient for delivery. We are located in Aurora, IL which is about an hour southwest of Chicago, close to I-88.
