ABOUT

Wild Alchemy Cider Club is an outgrowth of my desire to share the magic of the apples that thrive in our landscape.

In recent years we have foraged and pressed thousands of pounds apples on equipment that we built. It has been exciting to share this harvest with club members who joined us in the Fall.

Our ciders have done well in contests over the last 15 years and have won several medals and recognitions. Every year we learn more about the mysteries of craft cidermaking and we are eager to teach others to make cider as well.

This club is a step towards starting a cider Co-op in the Fox Valley Area. We want to encourage an appreciation for the flavors of our local terrain.
